Emphasize the integration of investment and trade, promote the integration of design consulting, investment and financing, and operation services, explore mutually beneficial cooperation among three parties and multiple parties, expand the breadth and depth of overseas development of petroleum engineering technology services, shape a more comprehensive overall core competitiveness, and achieve mutual driving, promotion, and common development in multiple fields.
