Technical Introduction: For old oil, water, and gas pipelines operating in oil fields, due to prolonged time and severe internal corrosion, there are too many perforations in the pipelines, resulting in high maintenance costs. Some locations are inconvenient for excavation, repair, and replacement. Therefore, the use of interpenetrating HDPE pipes for anti-corrosion and repair technology is recommended.

Technical advantages:

1. After the inner lining is completed, it plays a role in preventing corrosion inside the pipe, eliminating the contact between acid and alkali corrosive flowing liquids and the steel pipe wall.

2. After lining, there will be no scale on the smooth pipe wall, the friction resistance coefficient will decrease, the flow rate will increase, and the efficiency will be improved.

3. On the old pipeline, there are irregular corrosive holes of about 0.8 square centimeters that do not require treatment. After cleaning the pipeline, it can be directly lined and can withstand 1.25 times the operating pressure of the pipeline.

4. After lining the steel pipeline with HDPE pipe, the interface between the HDPE pipe and the steel pipeline is sealed with patented technology, which can withstand a pressure of 16Mpa without leakage.

5. After inserting HDPE pipes, the test pressure is 1.25 times the operating pressure.

Scope of application: Interwoven HDPE pipes can be used for oil, water, gas, mixed transportation pipelines and water mixing pipelines in oil fields, pipelines containing strong acids and alkalis, export pipelines, tap water pipelines, sewage pipelines, chemical pipelines, power plant return pipelines, etc., with a temperature resistance of below 75 degrees. The inner lining HDPE pipe is suitable for steel pipes, cement pipelines, fiberglass pipelines, ductile iron pipelines, etc. The inner lining diameter ranges from DN70mm to DN1200mm, and the inner lining anti-corrosion HDPE pipe wall thickness ranges from 4mm to -28mm
